CHECKLIST: APPLICATION FOR CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY SKILLS RECOGNITION

• University degree, Diploma, Professional Certificate, 2 A Levels, CAPE, Letter of Endorsement. from appropriate Authority (Artists, Musicians, Media Workers or Sports Personnel).
• Birth Certificate.
• Marriage certificate, lf applicable.
• Three (3) passport-size pictures /upload picture on the portal.
• Application fee of EC one hundred dollars (ECS100.00).
• List of dependents {proof of relationship to applicant).
• Copy of bio data page in passport and pages with the date of issue and expiry date.
• Local contact number and email address.
