Services

This application must be accompanied by the following:

• Copy of the notice of approval and approved architectural plans from the Physical Planning Division confirming that permission to build the facility (as proposed) has been granted.
•  Copy of land registration certificate and survey plan or a copy of property lease agreement of at least three (3) years.
• A copy of the Business Registration Certificate.
• A Business Plan that supports the financial projections.
• A letter indicating compliance with the Bureau of Standards and the Environmental Health Unit (if required).
• A copy of license and/or permits granted for the purposes of undertaking mining or quarrying operations.
• Copy of work permit (if required).
