The Permit Granted Subject To The Terms And Conditions Relating To The Importation Of The Above Mentioned Items As Set Out In The Regulations For The Time Being In Force And To The Following Terms And Conditions.
The consignment must be accompanied by official meat inspection certificate stating that:-
- The country is free of Foot and Mouth Disease, Anthrax or any other contagious or infectious disease of Bovine, notifiable to the O.I.E.
- The entire consignment of meat comes from animals which were subjected to ante and post mortem veterinary inspection and were found to be fit for human consumption by the meat hygiene regulation (hygiene) regulations 1976 (as amended ).
- The animals were slaughtered and the meat was prepared in an establishment approved for export by the Competent Regulatory Services of the Country of Origin.
- Meats must meet Food Safety Standards established by the Competent Authority in the country of Origin.
- The meat prepared from these animals did not come in contact with meat from any other source.
- All supporting information/documents must be provided to the office before products enter the state.
