The Permit Granted Subject To The Terms And Conditions Relating To The Importation Of The Above Mentioned Items As Set Out In The Regulations For The Time Being In Force And To The Following Terms And Conditions.
The consignment must be accompanied by official meat inspection certificate stating that:-
- The animals from which the products were derived came from herds free of Hog Cholera, African Swine Fever, Foot and Mouth Disease, or any other disease of Swine reportable to the O.I.E. for twelve months prior export.
- The entire consignment of meat comes from animals which were subjected to ante and post mortem veterinary inspection and were found to be fit for human consumption
- The meat or meat product meets the meat hygiene regulations enforced in the country of export
- The animals were slaughtered and the meat was prepared in an establishment approved by the Competent Authority of the exporting country.
- The meat prepared from these animals did not come in contact with meat from any other source
- All supporting information/documents must be provided to the office before products enter the state
