The Permit Granted Subject To The Terms And Conditions Relating To The Importation Of The Above Mentioned Items As Set Out In The Regulations For The Time Being In Force And To The Following Terms And Conditions.
The consignment must be accompanied by official meat inspection certificate stating that:-
- The said poultry meat was derived from slaughtering plants approved for slaughter by the Official Regulatory Agency of the Exporting Country, and the meat did not get into contact with meat from any other source
- The meat should meet Food Safety Standards established by the Competent Authority in the Country of Origin
- The poultry from which the meat was derived were examined ante mortem and post mortem by an official veterinary inspector and found fit for human consumption in accordance with the poultry meat (hygiene) regulations 1976 (as amended )
- During the twelve months immediately prior to export no outbreak of New Castle Disease or Fowl Plague or other infectious diseases have occurred in the hatchery, Farm or abattoir of origin of the products or any other notifiable Poultry disease
- No outbreaks of Foot and Mouth Disease, Anthrax, or any infectious or contagious disease known to affect Human or animal health and is notifiable to the OIE, occurred in the general area of the farm, Slaughter Plant or hatchery or within one year prior to export
