Liquor License Application

APPLY

This license is granted to a person in order to permit the sale of liquor. Persons who intend to sell liquor must obtain a certificate from the Magistrate in the district in which the premises for which the license is required is situated. However, you must notify the Magistrate and the Commissioner of Police in writing of your intention to apply at least 21days before applying for the certificate. Notification forms are available and can be obtained at the inland Revenue Division, High Street, Roseau or on our website www.ird@dominica.gov.dm the same notice must also be published in one of the public newspapers no more than four weeks and no less than two weeks before that date of the proposed application.
