All non-Nationals above the age of 18 years must complete application form. In addition, applicants must provide the following particulars with this form:
A medical certificate that the applicant is in good health and has not in the past three years suffered from any non-communicable.
Vaccination Card or Certificate showing fill vaccination against Covid-19 Virus (in English).
Two testimonials from any of the following persons.
Police officers from the community or working within the community of the rank of Corporal or higher.
Chairman or other members of the village Principal or teacher in the Community.
Doctor or community.
Prominent Public Officer of rank Executive Officer (EO) and above.
Member of Parliament or Notary Public.
Any other person whom by virtue of his status or position may be considered fit to so recommend.

A statement of financial position from a reputable banker
A statement from the Commissioner of Police in Dominica setting out the applicants’ criminal

Letter from applicants “friend/family” accepting responsibility for applicant while in Dominica, if applicant is not employed
Cover Letter requesting Permanent Residency
Copy of Bio Data page of passport
Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate (where applicable) must be translated to English if in foreign language and notarized
Proof of current employment (job letter)
Copies of work/resident permits obtained since entering Dominica.
Certificates of registration of business/Articles of Incorporation/Certificate of Incorporation: Certificate of Title to property; income tax/social security information and Alien land holding license etc. (where applicable).
Proof of school attendance by children and other legal dependents.
